Customers can send D&D door schedules, technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, or existing product information. D&D will first compile the door types, functions, certifications, quantities, and any outstanding issues, and then prepare product matching, Hardware Schedules, samples, technical documents, and quotations.
D&D can organize production and packaging according to Hardware Set, product category, floor, region, or customer-specified batches, and affix appropriate markings to the outer cartons. Specific batch quantities, packaging methods, and delivery dates should be determined before order confirmation.
The client should provide an updated door list, door numbers, hardware sets, or quantity list. D&D will verify the impact of the changes on product models, certifications, quantities, prices, packaging, and delivery times, and update the corresponding versions. Products already in production require separate assessment to determine if modifications are possible.
