Side C: refers to the back and bottom after assembling into the whole machine (the back and bottom cannot be seen during normal use.)

(2) e (delta-e): In a uniform color vision space, the human eye perceives the unit of color difference test. When e is 1.0, the human eye can perceive a color change. This test method is used to ensure color consistency when color is specified or accepted by the customer.

(3) Burr: A metal burr on the edge or parting surface of a machined Commercial Door Hardware part due to lack of treatment after mechanical stamping or cutting.

(4) Scratches Scratches and cuts on the surface of the product resulting from improper protection of the Commercial Door Hardware during processing, packaging, and transport.
