Installation Guide

The installation of flush bolt dust proof strike needs to be carried out after the fixing of the concealed bolt lock body is completed. The steps are as follows: 

1.Positioning installation hole: Align the dust collector base with the reserved groove position on the door frame, ensuring that it is aligned with the travel of the hidden pin lock tongue, and mark the fixed hole position of the base with a marker pen.

2.Drilling fixation: Use an electric drill to drill a 3mm diameter installation hole at the marked location (depth adjusted according to screw length), thread the matching stainless steel screw through the base hole, and tighten the door frame to secure it.

3.Debugging sealing: Close the door leaf and check if the contact surface between the dust collector and the door frame is tightly fitted. If there is a gap, adjust the base position or add or remove gaskets to ensure the sealing effect.

4.Tip: It is recommended to clean the surface of the door frame before installation to avoid dust affecting the fixing effect; If the door frame material is a hollow structure, it needs to be reinforced with expansion screws.
