principle of operation
Structural composition
The main components include supporting guide, transmission gear, return spring, one-way valve, rack plunger, throttle valve core, housing, connecting rod and so on. The shell is fixed on the door frame, and the connecting rod connects the door leaf and the door frame.
Opening process
When the door is opened, the connecting rod drives the transmission gear to rotate and drives the rack plunger to move to the right.
The spring is compressed, the hydraulic oil in the right chamber is compressed, the one-way valve is opened, and the hydraulic oil flows from the right chamber to the left chamber.
Closing process
The spring releases elastic potential energy, pushes the plunger to move to the left, and drives the transmission gear and the connecting rod to rotate in the opposite direction, thus realizing the automatic closing of the door.
Hydraulic oil flows back through the throttle valve core and gap to form resistance, control the closing speed and avoid violent impact.
Buffer and adjustment
The throttle valve can adjust the return speed of hydraulic oil, so as to control the closing speed of different travel sections (such as fast closing in the front section and slow buffering in the back section).
Users can adjust the door closing strength (by changing the position of the connecting rod) and speed (by adjusting the throttle valve) as required.
