How to Use&Install

Pre installation inspection: After unboxing, first check the product's UL certification mark and document number R38013 to confirm that the product meets the requirements for use in medical settings. Prepare medical grade stainless steel installation screws and specialized installation tools.

Accurate positioning marking: Determine the installation quantity based on the door weight, and it is recommended to install 4 fire rated door hinges per medical door. Use a laser level to ensure that all installation points are absolutely vertical. The upper hinge is 10cm away from the top of the door, and the lower hinge is 15cm away from the bottom of the door. The middle two are evenly distributed, and each drilling position is accurately marked.

Professional installation program: First install the door frame part, then install the door leaf part, ensuring that the bearings of all fire rated door hinges are facing the same direction. Use a torque screwdriver to tighten the screws to the recommended torque (2.5N · m), avoiding over tightening or over loosening.
