D&D DDBS001 fire rated automatic drop down door bottom seal is a concealed spring-loaded mortised door drop seal made of anodized aluminum with grey silicone rubber gasket. It auto lifts up when door opens and drops to seal 3–15mm gaps, delivers acoustic, smoke and fire resistance for hinged timber & metal doors. Available in 380–1500mm lengths, silver/bronze aluminum finishes, pre-drilled radius end plates included, square ends custom available, widely fitted for fire doors, acoustic interior and commercial entry doors.
