This brass dust proof socket is designed for commercial building doors and is the core dust proof component used in conjunction with the latch. The product is cast in high-quality brass material, the surface is nickel-plated, which has both corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, and the size is 29mm×19mm, which accurately adapts to the mainstream latch specifications. Its core design is a spring-loaded seal structure, when the latch is retracted, the built-in plunger automatically falls back to the threshold plane, forming a tight physical barrier that effectively blocks dust, debris and insects from entering the latch hole. Compared with the traditional open latch holder, this dust-proof socket completely solves the problems of latch jamming and wear caused by the accumulation of foreign objects through a dynamic sealing mechanism, ensuring that the door body opens and closes smoothly.
The product is installed at the bottom of the door frame or at the corresponding latch position, and when used with the flush bolt, it forms a complete dustproof closure system.
